My gf showed up at 530 to take her son who is 3 for an ear infection and they refused to see him because they close at 6 and the lady at the desk closed the window in her face

I like Schneck Family Care because it beats Scott Memorial Hospital ER hands down. I would not send a dead person to Scott Co. Hosp.

Great place but way understaffed! I have currently waited 3 hours for cold symptoms and still haven't been seen. If you come here, make sure you don't have plans for the rest of the day!
