The staff here is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable at what they do. They are very professional and also very efficient with getting your jewelry back to you in a timely manner. I was left SPEECHLESS with how amazing my ring turned out, it was passed down to me and you can’t even tell how old it is since it looks brand new out of the box! I would give them a million stars if I could, definitely my go-to jeweler from here on out. I left with tears in my eyes over how happy I was!
Fixed 2 sets of earrings and welded 2 silver bracelets. 2 days. Everything polished and looked like new, out the box. Guy looked like a Mad Scientist, but he is nice, professional, & honest. He knows his stuff and his jewelry repair - flawless. 5 stars and I will be back.
The guy was a straight forward, which can upset somepoeople. I thought it was great, I learned about my watch. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
The staff here is extremely good at repairing jewelry there's nothing that they can't fix if they can't fix it then they can point you in the right direction
Took three watches zoom for battery replacement one watch was $15 replacement Wallmark watch, $20 for Colts watch and $25 for invicta but at Auri’s jewelry at Washington mall all watches was $10 replacement!
