Very clean store the employees that I dealt with very kind and courteous knowledgeable and willing to help can't really ask for much more than that if we get four stars most excellent

Great service and good quality paint, more expensive than some
Margie provided great customer service. I am a home owner and I had a custom contractor color that I needed to buy. I was not able to find the color online but she was able to help me by using the label recipe. I like this store and I will be back.
I ordered some paint samples to try and when I opened them they were not remotely the correct color. When we called the store their first response was that they didn’t make a mistake, that the paint just looked different in real life. Both were supposed to be green but one was baby blue and one was grey/brown. After talking to the person who filled the order, instead of apologizing he continued to accuse me of the mistake, admitting he didn’t even check that the sample he gave me was even from the correct brand. In all, both employees were very rude and unhelpful. I finally just got a refund for the incorrect samples and I’ll take my business elsewhere. I understand that mistakes happen but it was inappropriate to immediately jump to blaming the customer instead of trying to fix the problem.
