This place is terrible. I would not recommend working there. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Small company that can't stay up with technology and the times. Many employees are related to each, which leads to constant nepotism. Very rude and unprofessional environment.

Would give a negative 10 if I could, We Bought a 12/32 pack table. Nowhere in our quote were we told we needed more than 90 psi to run the machine. This didn’t seem right. We called J.O. To find out if that was true. He said, oh no, you need a clean dry air compressor with 21 CFM air supplied. So we bought it. The compressor added 12K to a 70K machine. Fast forward 6/7, months and the machine arrives. No user manual. We call DT and ask for one. He mails it out. On page 3 in large font it reads, THIS MACHINE REQUIRES 45 CFM. We call them and they say oh no, 21 should be fine. Every time we go over speed 6/7 the machine shuts down within 30 seconds. We complained about this from the day we had it delivered 7 months ago now. They even sent a tech to us and the techs finding was that we don’t have enough air to make the machine work properly. We would have to buy a new compressor that costs about 20K also have to sell the one we just bought for penny’s on the dollar just to make the machine run as desribed in our quote.nnThe company takes ZERO responsibility for the mis information JO told us. Even though there own tech told them our compressor can’t turn the machine. They refuse to make us whole on this. They have stoped answering emails and phone calls about the issue. We are being forced to take legal action and they don’t seem to care.nnI wouldn’t recommend these guys for anything. They have terrible customer service that is only open 8-5 M-F with no after hours tech support or ANY field techs to help in the event your stuck. They even close for holidays and some times are closed for a week at a time. We got lucky that they sent us a tech at all. Good luck if your machine fails outside the business hours or on a holiday, hahaha!!!nnWe we called to complain about the machine the owner BS and DT laughed in my face. They are doing nothing to make us whole here and forcing us to take legal action to make this right. Who does that?nnIf your selling 70K machines that require a 20K compressors to run properly, you should dam well know that so your customer can put all the loans together at one time for the bank. With so many other options for these machines, I would think hard and long if you are not from Chicago and need packaging equipment. Once they get their money you will be made to feel a fool and good luck ever hearing from your salesman ever again. This issue has been going on for 7 months with no resolution and now they have seased all communications. Not worth the money or the headaches. Truly a bunch a clowns running rhe show here. Don’t take our word for it, go ahead, spend 70,80,90K and see for yourself. Although if you read this, it will prove to be more helpful than the salesman, the quote and the user manual from these guys. What a BS predicament we are in that has no end in sight. Never ran out machine over speed 6 for 7 months now. So we only get to use 70% of a 70K machime. Hand to god this story is the absolute truth! Bought and delivered on 6/18 very recent behavior from World Cup is what I’m trying to say.
