Joe helped us find the perfect house. He gave us all kinds of info and ratings on the local schools etc. he went above and beyond to help us. When selling our old house Joe had held an open house for us that brought lot of people out to see the house and it sold very quick. I would recommend him to anyone selling or buying a house.
