Kim is an AMAZING real estate agent! She is the #1 agent in her office and it shows!! We gave her this tiny sliver of a 4 mile by 2 mile box area that we wanted to live in, with a laundry list of wants, & thinking about it now it was completely unreasonable. Crazy enough, SHE FOUND OUR DREAM HOUSE in a matter of TWO DAYS!??? Are you kidding me!?? She was our advocate through the entire process, answering an embarrassing amount of questions as a first time homebuyer, and we closed on time! I truly believe we made it on time was because we found out Kim was working behind the scenes with both lawyers and our lender to keep the process running. We are VERY grateful we were lucky enough to have Kim as our realtor. Thank you, Kim!!!
