Yes their a little pricey.... They charge you for everything on top of other fees. But i did enjoy living here!!!!nThe reason im giving them 2 is because they tricked me. Yes i should have read everything on the lease( i understand thats were i messed up at!!) but as im planning to move because my 12 motnhs is ending i realize they gave me a lease for 15 months. I didn't know they even did that... It was never discussed how long i wanted to stay. i just thought automatically leases were 12 months... Didnt know they had other options!!nSo now im stuck with this for another 3 months.nso make sure you check the date on the lease !!!! EVERYTHING!!!

Highcrest is quiet and peaceful. The office staff and maintenance folks are very easy to contact and will try to help with issues. I really wish the property had an activity/guest center where we could access use for party space, fitness center, pool hall etc. I see maintenance daily picking up trash and fixing things around the property, good job!

Upon moving in my refrigerator didn’t work. I notified maintenance and he came out and replaced it the same day I moved in, so my food wouldn’t spoil. He was so sweet and even let us borrow his screwdriver to put my furniture together. I’ll have to bake him something when I’m all settled.. Thanks!!!

They rob you by charging $250 for an application fee for a background check that only costs $30-$40. The application fee does NOT get applied to your rent and if they don't rent to you then you lose the $250. Very dishonest!!!

The townhouses are in a great location. The office staff is friendly and helpful.
