From the moment I walked into the Woodland Ridge Apartment, I knew it was the one. Mostly because of the friendliness and quick responses in turn of my many, many questions from Mindy Rossini. She made it feel so comfortable off the bat, and I find peace knowing she will be there for me if/when I have more questions or concerns or just someone to chat with! She is awesome and makes me feel even more excited for my stay! The apartment itself is up to date and clean. Very modern and plenty of space!

After looking at several apartment complexes, I decided to go with Woodland Ridge primarily because of the personality of the leasing representative - Mindy Rossini. She was warm, friendly, and responsive. I soon realized that Woodland Ridge is indeed a great place to call home. The apartment complex is clean and well-managed. The community has an array of amenities - e.g. a pool, workout facility, multiple (very clean) laundry rooms, adequate parking, and a really nice community loft. Moreover, the area is very walkable with a nearby walking/running/biking trail. Overall, a great living experience!

We have been living in Woodland Ridge for more than haft a year already and we really like our apartment. Mindy is the best. She is really kind and thoughtful, especially responsive where she responds to calls or email right away.nShe took care of everything fast and easy to understand with renting and problems that we had. We would definitely renew the contract with her and renting an apartment at Woodland Ridge Apartment again because we really like to live here for a little longer.

horrible new manager. Having met with different mangers since i lived here, am beginning to think this new one has a deal with the towing company. Even if you have parking permit your car will be towed. Stay away from here if you clearly want to be respected as a human being because even the way she will talk to you is very rude

Working with Mindy was definitely the highlight of my time living at Woodland Ridge. She was always responsive from day one. Anytime I had a need, or even a quick question, i received quick assistance. But everyone in the office was great. My upgraded unit was beautiful. The area is quiet and peaceful. Maintenance handled all requests in a timely manner and we're always extremely professional while in my apartment as I was working from home due to Covid.nnI had an issue with spiderwebs and carpenter ants. I never saw the spiders nor the ants but they sure left their evidence in certain places. Pest control sprayed on a regular basis but it didn't seem to help much. I did a whole lot more sweeping than I liked.nnGuest parking isn't the most convenient, but I understand why it is the way it is. Minor inconvenience as long as you instruct your guests properly.nnI didn't let those things bother me too much. Still a great place to live.
