Dirt lot but better maintained then most. Parking here for 6th year, never had a scratch or theft.
Not fully fenced in you can walk down the hill straight into the yard, there are only lights in certain parts of the yard so it’s not well lighted also gate has been broke for over a month contacted owner he was very rude and unprofessional told me if I didn’t like it I could leave and that’s exactly what I did would never recommend to my friends

The fishing is great. Trying to find a dry spot to park, not so much. I sent out a dove, and it came back. I sent out a duck and it found a home at this place.
