I needed a place to store a second car over the winter. The building is brand new and located in a great area. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Everything is available online. I have been very satisfied with the arrangement. Being month to month, the contract is easy to work with. I feel that I got a fair deal and would definitely consider using this facility in the future.

Very clean and secure facility. Patrick has been wonderful! We are moving out of our home and he helped us determine the size of the unit we needed. They have many different size options and drive-up units. Some units are climate controlled as well. Convenient location. You can purchase things like moving boxes, tape and other necessities in the office on site, as well. At the time we rented our unit they were offering 20% those items for the first 2 weeks.

I had a great experience with Life Storage. Jenna and Patrick were very helpful and patient going through the different options for our storage needs. They helped walk through and consider, size of storage units, if I need a main aisle unit vs a hall access unit and how to use the locks, keypads, etc. I am very impressed how clean and secure the property is. Overall, a great experience. The ceilings are very high in the 10x20, 10x25 units that we looked at. If you can store your assets vertically there is a lot of space. Great to have this new business in town.

Top notch customer service and good hours. Facility itself was very well kept and other customers are courteous and polite. Great place to store a vehicle for the winter.

We were concerned about the cleanliness of using a storage facility while we are relocating out of state. Life Storage in New Lenox exceeded our expectations! This facility is very clean, secure, and the staff is terrific. We highly recommend using this facility!
