They picked up my furniture and then refused to deliver it until I paid up front first, when they had parked more than one block away from my condo. They demanded I pay them up front and when I did not, they took off with my furniture. I later was at the police and the police officer called them now they wanted double of $330 which was the original quote given to me. I am 69 years old and do not deserve this kind of treatment. Also to top everything else he said I lived in a bad area (Humboldt Park) and that it was extremely dangerous that his men (two Mexican kids that were no more than 25 years old) should never had gone there. This man BRUNO!!! IS VERY DISHONEST INDEED!!!! BEWARE!!
Worst moving experience of my life. I am begging anyone who is even remotely considering this company to move you, to please reconsider. First, there is no formal contract before they start moving. They agree to one price at the beginning and then later on change that number. This company quoted me at 600$ and then later forced me to pay 1050$. The owner of this company is dishonest, rude, and very deceiving. From the moment you call these guys, they begin their dishonesty, they say all the right things, but later on refuse to abide by their words. PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELVES from this FRAUD.
