The company helped me work here they give me many chances every day I learn. Mr Nicholson the Operations boss teach me many things I not no and he mak me better everyday he care about us but he knows much and smart man. The people in the office care about us and Lou make it a great place to work and make a lot of money if I don't break mirrors:-)

Great company to work for, Adam is the fleet manager and he is very knowledgeable of his equipment and cares about the drivers. He is someone I have gotten to know well over the year and expect nothing but the best from him. Not every driver will make 2000-2500 but working hard every i average about 2200 weekly and that was hard work and taking loads and being business minded and calculating all your cost. The accounting/billing department is made up of 3 very intelligent women who communicate with you with respect and provide you with correct calculation of your pay and correct all Issues. As far as dispatching its like everywhere else there are the good ones like Arthur and the ones that care about their pocket. Owner is great guy and gives you his personal cellphone number the very first day you start working which shows you that it’s a small company with open door policy. If you are hard worker this is the place for you but if you like to relax and tour the country find yourself something more suitable.

Stela Express is one of the BEST companies I've ever driven for. This is one company that treats you like somebody instead of just a number from the owner Lou, to the fleet manager Adam and the dispatchers G, Rich, Jared, Sam, and Don, they all help you make money. It was a great experience if you are looking for a company to make money and treat you like a person and not just a number give them a call because you will not regret it. This is a company that's growing in size but still has small company values and a family atmosphere.
