Pods made our cross country move so easy. Everything from delivery of empty Pod to final pick up was timely and ran smoothly. All the employees we dealt with, customer servicenand drivers, were professional and kind. Our household goods arrived safely and it was so easy to load and unload. If we ever move again, we will use Pods!
On time pick up and delivery, are belongings were safe and dry for nearly a year in storage.
It really went off without a hitch. Couldn't be easier and when there was a hiccough regarding my local permits, Pods reached out to me & we promptly got it resolved. It was the least stressful part of the move and tha's a LOT!
Pretty good. I will get my filled POD tomorrow and will return it on Saturday.

THEY LEAVE THERE PHONE NUMBER AND U CALL IT SAYS NO MESSAGES CAN BE LEFT DUE TO REMOTE AT HOME BECAUSE OF COVID!!! HAHHA WHAT A JOKE BLAME COVID FOR POOR COMPANY PRACTICES!!!!!!! THEY HOLD YOUR BELONGINGS HOSTAGE CHARGE YOU EXTRA CHARGES PLOWED OVER MY TREE. THE LIST GOES ON. THEY DONT EVEN RESPOND TO BBB COMPLAINTS. IM NOT DONE WITH THOS COMPANY TIL I GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
