One star is way too much for this company. I’ve been at the unloading for 9 hours and it is absolutely unacceptable!!! The worst company in Chicago. If you want to stay at the unloading for 10-12 hours welcome! I don’t recommend this company’s service at all!

From day one it has been a very enjoyable experience running Freight for Roadrunner Freight this is by far the best job I've had and I've had a few keep in mind when you leave one job going to another it should always be in upgrade experience a stepping stone to your final goal and that's where I'm at today
One star is to much for them, horrible customer service, had to talk to manager to get answers. And even though meneger tried to solve the problem still couldn’t do it. Horrible company for working full time people. Won’t cooperate or do exceptions for the customers. Couldn’t get my delivery only because they won’t deliver after 4pm or weekends, and won’t even help to get things inside into the apartment building, I told them I’ll tip a driver if he helps only than they agreed. Anyway still couldnt get my delivery scheduled because deliver hours only from 10am -2 pm. Im not taking a day off for one sofa delivery. Poor service.
Very slow unloading. Waiting there since 11 pm last night. It is 1 pm already and not empty
