This insurance office works very hard to make sure they payout the least amount as possible, they were also very rude to my wife and me. Avoid them at all cost, very poor customer service.

Photo estimate they provide is worse experience I ever had since I pay insurance premiums. Also, these guys will do everything (even misrepresent facts) to change the way damages would need to be compensated.
