I have used Marc for over 30 years. Everyone always asks who did the countertops because they’re done so well. He is a master of his craft, pays attention to every detail and knows all the tricks. Don’t be afraid to ask him his recommendations as well and you will get the best out of your experience. His measurements are spot on for a real tight fit, and the quality of the stone is impeccable. If you want you want a high end product for a very reasonable cost, this is the place.
Terrible communication with Marc, the owner. Second delivery of granite countertop came with the wrong edge and a different section than the part we selected. Will nor recommend this business nor shop again!
I did read the other review here on Google and needed to clarify Marc and his shop in Romeoville. This is not some shop that has “displays” with slabs of granite and quartz all hung up neatly and shiny on a rail system like other places in the NW burbs. It’s a smaller operation that has their fabricating tools right there so it can be loud and messy but he will also help move pieces around so that you can look at various slabs. I’ve got him and his brother doing another bathroom vanity countertop for me as I love what they did with my first remodel. I like that he’s good at what he does; reasonable and he’s a no BS sort of dry personality kind of guy. Some people may not know how to take that as he doesn't “schmooze” the customer!nnI decided on the Cambria Berwyn quartz and its GORGEOUS!!! He has beautiful pieces to chose from however just make sure you dress for a warehouse and not a showroom
My husband and I went to this business that was extremely filthy . We should have walked right out but my husband insisted we give them a try . You could not see the stone from the layers of dust , spider webs , and clutter . We talked to someone named Mark who barely looked at us in the eye . My husband provided dimensions, contact information and the quartz counter we had in mind . He said he would give us a quote and we never heard back that was over a week ago . We took our business elsewhere . I felt he didn’t serve us because we are Latino.
