The Kepple Group is the only group I will use going forward when looking for a house. My wife and I moved from out of state and the Kepple team made the purchasing process effortless. Extremely responsive, sensitive to our needs, flexible, and diligent on getting us our dream home! They even knew the homes off the market which was of huge value for my wife and I. Highly recommend!

They handled everything and were very efficient in working out all the details and staying in touch on what was going on through the whole proces. In the beginning of meeting John Kepple it seemed like the company was straightforward and professional. I was comfortable dealing with John but once I signed the contract, without any reason I was passed on to a young lady who no longer works with the company. Apparently while showing my home she gave promises that couldn’t be followed through due to work still needing to be done on the home. That potential tenant was furious and placed a negative review online when she found out the home would not be ready for another couple of weeks. John called me and asked if we would speak to that potential tenant about taking the negative review down since I personally knew her fiancé. I did so because it wasn’t John’s fault that his assistant (?) gave misinformation. Shortly after that incident I was issued another person to deal with in the company without any type of communication as to why a replacement was necessary. This new person was not responsive. I had to call/email to inquire about simple things that should be an automatic form of communication (ie. what’s the app/website to see pertinent info about property & how to operate their system to see payments, etc)nnThe other major thing was that in the end I found the tenant to move in but because “they had a potential tenant that could have moved in” (but she didn’t want to after the assistant lied about move-in time) they stole a higher amount ($720) from me instead of charging the lower rate (me finding the tenant; $250). There was no communication here either. I had been in contact with them due to my mortgage due date and expressed I needed the rental payment to help make the mortgage. They also ended up depositing later than the expected date. They took the $720 out of the tenant’s payment without any communication, leaving me with hardly nothing to make a payment.nnBe careful if considering this company to rent your home.
