I’ve never experienced such bad service and maintenance (from one guy) this much EVER IN MY LIFE! I signed a lease in September. I’ve talked to the office and maintenance at least 3/4 times a week since I been here! My heat has constantly not been working. My hot water has constantly not been working! The only thing I get told is. Well come check it out! They have not seemed concerned or anything with this being I have a child in the home. And it’s 63 degrees in here. While also having any HOT water. And if it’s after hours all they say is “ that’s not an emergency I’m not coming out for that “ when it’s ONGOING it’s an emergency! Remember there’s no heat, which is. Coming home from work can’t even cook dinner or shower Bc of this ONGOING issue. We all have to sleep in ONE room, compared to 3 in order to stay warm. I am sooooo dissatisfied & disappointed in this company and how things are being handled. They are rude! Also! My shower in the master bedroom was down for about 3 months before it was fixed for use. It’s now “ usable “ but is not looking good at all! They don’t care about their residents and I pay FULL rent. I am not a section 8 tenant. I feel they treat everyone as if they are!

This is a great place to rent! I have been here for over a year and the staff is wonderful. Any problems I have had they have been willing to help in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone who is currently searching for a place to live.

I’m sorry but having children running around JUMPING on top of peoples cars and getting inside of them stealing things, allowing maintenance to enter an apartment without a 24 hour notice, saying you will fix a maintenance issue and waiting two full months to even do so. I’m sorry but this is not the place I would want me and my family living. Another thing, bribing residents to leave an awesome review for a $15 gift card? Not professional once so ever.

Me and my family have lived here for a year and a couple months.. I definitely would have not signed another lease if I wasn’t having a baby a week before our lease was up. We have had nothing but problems here from things being stolen out of our car to them not wanting to fix things in our apartment. Wednesday we had a maintenance man in our apartment without a 24 hour notice while we was sleep. They is very unprofessional and only one maintenance man is respectful. DONT LIVE HERE!!!
