I'm 54 years old and take care of my elderly father of 85. I stopped by Casey's in Bellevue yesterday and 2 sheriff's deputies came into the store for lunch without covid masks. I was upset to say the least!nEveryone else was wearing a mask. I wont forget your sloppy attitude toward the public. Go figure it out! After they left a Peoria policeman came in with a mask on. I told him about the deputies. He said they better not get caught on camera or they will loose there health benefits? He also said that they were being careless. I think they need to be fired!
Fingerprinting there was a good experience
Don’t break down in this county - I have the unfortunate circumstance of working here. On two occasions, I’ve had my vehicle break down in transit during the evening drive home. All of my travel is on country roads with minimal traffic. On both occasions, I had arranged for my car to be towed to a repair shop, and on both occasions, the wrecker I sent arrived to find that the vehicle had already been towed at the request of the sheriff’s office within 12 hours or less. In this case, it was towed exactly 5 hours and 45 minutes after I broke down, according to my towing bill. Ridiculous. I also left a note this time intended for the wrecker I had coming, so it would’ve been clear to anyone that arrangements had already been made. Now I have even more expense on top of my own towing & repair costs. The strange thing is that it’s extremely rare to see cops in this area, but as soon as a vehicle breaks down, they respond as if it’s an emergency situation that must be dealt with immediately.
Bunch of incompetent idiots work here. I was a victim of domestic violence, rang them for help as my wife was throwing me out of the house. They attended, saw bruises on me and then threatened to arrest me if I didn't move my stuff into my neighbors house who I barely knew and is a known drug dealer. I am a foreigner so because of this they were treating me like rubbish, they then try to crack onto my wife flirting with her and carrying on. Really uncalled for, I am a veteran of the war on terror and worked closely with Americans, only for these two doofuses to treat me like this!
