The agent that I spoke to (Phoenicia Nichols) was really friendly and very honest. I can not believe how easy it was to get everything done. Also, I did not feel like I was being pressured into getting into anything I didn't want. They have the best customer service that I've seen in a long time. Myself personally would go through this insurance company because it was fast, easy, and affordable. Thank you again for the great customer service Phoenicia!!!

Saint Micius was incredibly helpful, patient, responsive and understanding with my hearing loss/being deaf and helped me solve any issues I had with not being able to pay my bill online. I appreciated the great service!!

Phoenicia Nichols does an amazing job everytime I have questions about my insurance and how to handle situations. She has quick and reasonable priced solutions. She’s always finding the best solution that accommodates me. Very friendly business. Great location. Usually gets you in & out. Work we’ll with you even if you’re nolonger in the city. I lived 1-2 hrs away and we have an Acceptance where I’m located & when I need to handle any insurance related situations. I’ll call Acceptance in Peoria,IL, been with them for about 3yrs now & been stuck since.

They have some of the best customer service around and Phoenicia and Saint are world class Insurance specialists they thrive in fast pace they are exceptional insurance specialists they know how to talk to people and get things resolved. I recommend going to this insurance company if your up north and need some decent priced car insurance holla at them
