I used to do a lot of this work myself, but because of some back problems from an accident and was not able to do it. I was referred to Robert and he gave me estimates to work on sink, tub, dish washer install. kitchen drawers that I could not find parts for. I was told Robert stands behind his work. He gave me estimate of all the projects I needed repaired and I went ahead with them. He also could not find the parts I need to fixed the drawers in the kitchen, but he came up with another solution and it works great. The bathtub faucet I would normally do but glad I did not. It took about 3 hours as it was limed up so bad that he had really work to get it done. It now works better than it lever did since I owned the house. I also had a sink that I could not get my hand up behind it and he was able to solve this problem. I had hired another outfit a year ago to do all of the work Robert did and everything was worst than when he started. I would not even call them back to redo it. They left a mess with everything they did. Robert had to correct all of the work including the dishwasher and kitchen drawers. Robert made sure that any mess made was cleaned before he left.nnI have no use for another handyman now that I found Robert.

Fantastic Job. I contacted Your Local Handyman for about 10 odd jobs. It took about a week to get the full estimate but that was communicated clearly after we went through all the things I wanted done. Robert communicated clearly on costs even providing proof of material receipts. He was very professional, showed up on time, and completed all agreed upon work. I could tell he took pride in his work and everything was done with great attention to detail and exceeded my expectations on the quality of work.nWhat I had done:nBasement walls scraped and painted, sump pump discharge pipe and valve replaced, cove based a section of my bathroom, replaced hardware on a closet door, and fixed the storm door. We will be having him come back in the spring to fix more things for us.nnExcellent job, clear communication, and transparent costs. I can't recommend them enough.

Robert & his crew did an amazing job on my house! They trimmed 3 rooms, fixed 2 old window casings, replaced 3 old interior doors and installed reclaimed wood on a wall. And at a fair price. Definitely recommend.
