I lived in this trailer park for twenty-one years and it's been a stressful environment for me. I have noticed racism bad talking and all sorts of things amongst neighbors and manager and or mike the person that helps the manager to maintain the park, but I also don't enjoy of the way the managers belittles the residents within the home just cause I dont have my name on the title doesn't mean you can cut us off. I would also love to be heard I am not a child. I can say my own opinions to what I think is wrong or right and like some who have commented on here that have agreed with few common things knows exactly what I mean. I will give this place a 2 out of 5.

Terrible manager. Very racist as well. This neighborhood is not recommended at all whatsoever. If you have a family this place isn’t for you as the rules for parking are you can only have the amount of cars that fit under a carport. That’s only 2 cars. When your kids need to get cars for college or whatever it is, you will have to move out any way so your kids can have a car. Manager threats residents that she will kick them out regularly. She’s clearly bored and has nothing better to do. Don’t move here.
