The dentist I saw was very friendly and attentive. I didn’t care for the attitude of the assistant that took the x-rays. The hygienist gave me her advice which was just unrealistic for someone to accomplish without dishing out a ton of money. What I didn’t like the most is they say they will work with you but they expect everything up front. No payment plans. When looking at a lot of money and time to fix your situation their expectations are unreal and they look disgusted that you aren’t able to meet them and treat you like it

Shannon, Caitlyn, and Reyna were absolutely wonderful! They explained the fine details. They didn't slam you over the head and treat you like garbage like other dentist offices do. As well my husband has extreme anxiety and they helped ease it. Very good customer service! Highly recommend!

I have been to this Aspen Dental 3 times. I was having my second teeth cleaning and it was interesting. The lady was very bland not really an introduction or barely even a hello. Once she started to clean my teeth she was spraying water all over my face at a extreme pressure. I turned my head because I was soaked and she then started to aggressively wipe my face with a rough napkin which I did not want. The water was everywhere. I made it known and she was silent. Kept happening.... once it got to the point to “brush” my teeth... it was barely even touched. I do more at home than what she did. After she was quick to get me out. No friendly convo, introduction or even a goodbye. Not impressed.

I have been to the office twice now. Both times, all of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was so nervous and they really help walk you through exactly what type of dental plan fits your specific needs. The dental hygienist goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Getting dental work is never easy or comfortable, but if you need any, I would highly recommend giving this place a try.

Nice place and friendly place but they be getting you with prices and unnecessary things thats not needed or required. I never had to make upfront payments before you even get services done before you can make an appointment. They add all this services that they don't tell you is not covered by insurance and don't explain anything just want you to pay upfront and even there corporate customers service is a joke. They don't care about patient care is about sales and money and not what the patient wants or can afford.
