Wow, where to begin with how AMAZING Aimee is. We started working with her back in January 2020 - she was on top of her game, getting us started on looking at houses to get the feel of what we like and don't like. By March, Covid hit and our search had to come to a halt. Aimee kept in contact with periodic check-ins just as a friend! No pressure being tied to having to start our search back up. In August we were ready to hit the homes again and Aimee went above and beyond. The market was crazy, houses were flying and we felt like we couldn't get ahead of the sales. She would preview houses for us so we wouldn't waste our time on ones she knows we wont like or to schedule us as soon as possible if they were ones we would. She sent us numerous private listings and always did her own research on all the houses we planned on visiting. She is THOROUGH. When we were ready to put in an offer Aimee was on her game. She worked tirelessly to get the offer over to the sellers same day and worked nights and weekends if she had to. She was a great negotiator and adviser and when we finally got our dream home, she was nothing but supportive through the purchase process. She sent us numerous helpful documents and reminders to help us stay on track. She even helped us figure out the wire transfer for closing when we were in a panic!nnLong story short, Aimee is the most dedicated, savvy, and kind person we have been blessed to work with. Buying and Selling our home with her has been a joy and she is incredible at her job!! I can't recommend her enough!
