RENTERS BEWARE! these people don't disclose the full terms of the lease they offer they like to add on expenses without making you the customer aware of it, know addendum's signed, know verbal conformation of these expenses yet they try to threaten & strong arm you into paying for something that you the customer never even had a chance to agree to nor is it in your lease agreement nothing more than back alley crooks don't just stay away run as fast as you can Josh Kennedy was the corporate manager that we were referred to, to resolve these issues all i can say is very! very! unprofessional, rude, condescending clearly know integrity in his business practices he couldn't manage a bathroom in a restaurant as far as im concernednP.S. Im in the process of contacting the better business bureau and the attorney generals office Yes! these criminals need to be stopped! maybe a channel 5 investing into how there ripping off these poor college kids and their parents would be a good idea!!!
