Lately having a process run smooth and an end product you love is so much appreciated. Fred, the showroom salesman, is a seasoned all-star professional. He directed me to the rugs that met several of our needs for two rooms in our house. I was able to pick out two different rugs so easily and painless. I couldn’t be happier with my choices and the installation process. We have always used Olson and each time the process gets better and better.

Fred at Olson Rug provided absolutely incredible service for us from start to finish. From the moment we called to see if they were open on Sunday, to the day after installation, Fred was checking on us all the time. He guided us through carpet selection in an informative, but not pushy, way. He got our house measured quickly and got installers there as quickly as possible. In the end we LOVE the look and feel of our new carpet. We almost went with Luna, but got scared off by poor reviews. We paid more by going to Olson, but it feels well worth it. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new living room and hallway carpeting with the expert guidance and, will add, patience of the Olson sales representative, Fred. Before finding Olson Rug on 41, we had walked out of a few other places when they tried to convince and coerce us into something we just knew wouldn't be right. Fred, on the other hand, held our hand through the process and did not pressure. We decided on the carpet we wanted, Fred came to our house to measure and he proved to me that my calculation of the amount of carpet needed was only 50% off. Anyways, our next surprise was how expertly the installation was completed; their installers worked all day, almost without a break, to complete the installation and it looks great. I highly recommend that you give Olson Rug in Highland Park a try when looking for new carpeting and expert installation work.

Olson Rug exceeded my expectations. They (Waldemar) helped me narrow down my flooring choices (I needed to have linoleum in my kitchen), provided an accurate estimate, came out to measure, and gave me a final (reasonable) price. The installers did an amazing job fitting the flooring with laser precision in the room. They did not cut any corners or rush their work. It took several weeks from order to installation but well worth it.
