They are THE WORST EVER in the pharmacy. I have , for the last time, been on hold, answered, put back on hold & picked up to put back on hold AGAIN and again and again & again and again and again.. this is now 33 mins on hold amd they just hung up on me.. I have had enough of them. Jewel is much busier AND a heck of a lot nicer to You can only take so much. Enough is enough!

Called into ask about a particular side effect of a medication & the female pharmacist had a complete attitude & made me feel like my call was ridiculous, most unprofessional medical person ever, especially during these times when new prescriptions are being prescribed & patients are unaware of the side effects & there isn't even enough info on the internet either. If she didn't know the answer she should have simply told me to contact the manufacturer!!!

Always very clean, friendly staff, a little pricey on some things but you can find some good deals on items!

getting my prescription was a nightmare as my dr told me it was ready and waiting. 1 month later i call and am told i can pick up my prescription that was supposed to be delivered. epic fail
