The space is exactly what we needed, but most noteworthy was the customer service provided to us by Tim. Twice I've had the absolute pleasure of working with him. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we needed and he was very accommodating. Tim is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer every question we had. There is nothing special about a storage space, but I recommend this place to anyone just based on my customer service experience here.
The past three months at Extra space has been great. The facility has been everything I expected. Clean bright and some what warm in this bitter winter. Tim the store manager all ways comes by to say hi. He surprised me by knowing my name. I rate the facility a 5 stars. Can't wait for spring.
After helping my parents use this particular Extra Space Storage location, I decided that I needed to change to this location as well. Tim was very helpful in getting the storage unit transferred over from my parents to myself. Very helpful and kind! Would recommend this storage location 100%!!
This is an ultra modern super clean and high secure facility. Tim Lukachik is the manager and is very knowledgeable about the facility. It is like a resort for your storage items! Pricing is reasonable and all units are climate controlled.
Tim was extremely helpful in helping us rent out storage space. He made the process so easy. I highly recommend Tim and extra space storage for all your storage needs. Thanks Tim!!
