Super friendly not pushy at all trying to sell you what you don't want. He talked to us and we figured out which mattress was best for us. Definitely landed a lasting impression on us. We'll definitely be back for anything else we need in that department.

Didn’t try to “up sell” me and was honest about quality of cheap mattresses as a warning. My kid was all over the store, but he was understanding and didn’t even say anything. Offered me a payment plan before knowing we would pay in cash. Cut us a deal on the “300 base” and the “sapphire cool phase hybrid” and even stayed after hours to let us come back with our truck and helped me load it! Great customer service here and the bed is amazing! I only wish we would’ve bought the king size vs. the queen size. Either way, we saved thousands of dollars by buying this bed and base here!

Whatever you do, do not buy the cheap $300 King Mattress or any of the really cheap ones. My King i purchased in April is absolutely ruined. The middle of my mattress is caved in, i wasnt expecting much but I would of liked it to last a couple years. But, it's totally destroyed, it did not hold its firm shape whatsoever. Im thoroughly disappointed. My back has never been in worse shape because of how poorly this mattress held up and how rapidly it went from new to ruined. Feels like im sleeping on the box spring. I can literally feel it through the caved in part of mattress. Essentially the entire center area of the mattress. The only thing that is firm are the edges. Dont waste your money here. Im gonna have to buy a new one soon and it will never be from Box Drop Galesburg.
