Very friendly and knowledgeable. I have had pieces made to my specifications and they did a beautiful job.
Went for watch repair, very courteous and professional service, checked my watch ,,and discovered repairs needed to be performed by watch repair specialist. The staff arranged for watch to be shipped to professional inspected and repaired if i chose to do so.

Had my wedding band sized down here and they did a wonderful job. They were really kind, and took the time to do the job that day as we were leaving town on vacation the next week. Straight $50 fee. Had me try it on during the process to make sure it was a perfect fit and then polished it up beautifully. My husband and I really appreciated it!
Purchased 2 gorgeous diamond rings at Christmas time. Also purchased a sterling silver bracelet that was a featured special. Excellent quality of the diamonds. Well made and prices were what they should be. Staff is helpful and friendly. I would reccomend this store.
