Technician not willing to wear a face covering into my inlaws home to service their dishwasher. Covid has increased in Knox County and they want precautionary measures to be taken. So disrespectful.

Great the best customer service in the country! Makes me wanna stay lol. I'll definitely return even if it's out of my way simply to support such a great place. Their retro electronics are very interesting also.
