The worst experience ever. I turned in my hard copy prescriptions and they took the liberty of cutting down the amount prescribed by doctor and approved by the insurance company by 50% and wanted me to sign the form that I will be responsible for an additional $100 cost. When I asked for my prescription back and they simply denied they have received the hard copies. I will never ever bring another prescription to Safeway Pharmacy. Extremely unhelpful.

Really really bad customer service. This will be my last time coming here, I only come here because it is closer to my house. Next time I rather drive further have a good customer service instead of this sh** pharmacy ud83eudd1c I would give them 0 star if I have a choice. You guys are not even deserve one star

I was prescribed antibiotics and a pain medication by a urologist because of two kidney stones, one almost 2.6 cm in diameter on an X-ray taken earlier in the day. At this Safeway pharmacy, after presenting my prescription, even with proper ID and my insurance card, I was denied the prescriptions until the next day, needlessly putting me through a considerable amount of pain. Traffic is terrible getting there further frustrating the situation with an additional trip the next day to pick up the prescriptions.

How about zero stars. The pharmacist at this location thinks he gets to play god. Tried filling a script and he called back and said he couldn't fill until he saw my medical records. Then I called my doctors office and they said we arent giving him your records, dont worry, there is no reason he needs them and that theyd have the doctor call him. He called back later and said that he wont be filling because the doctor wont release my records and that I should work with my doctor the next say to get it filled somewhere else. I then asked why he needed my records and he said to verify that I was given the right diagnosis, the right meds, and the right amount for my diagnosis. I asked what his credentials were to make that call. I asked him if he went to medical school, he said no, I told him thats great because my doctor did... I dont know what makes a pharmacist thinks he gets more say then my doctor. But I will be filing a complaint. And dont waste your time at this pharmacy.

I had a prescription called into them in September for an epipen for my son. The school requires it because he has a nut allergy. I was told that the dose he was prescribed was on backorder. I have called every couple of weeks since then and nothing has been done to fill it! I was told that they would call the other safeways to get it filled and that someone would call me back for pick up. It's now December 16th and no one has called me...still waiting.nHorrible Customer service!!!
