Horrible experience. Claimed they never got my prescription sent over. But when I went up there they “must have overlooked it”. Well then they only have ONE of the medications ready. Said they never received the other... WHEN IT WAS ON THE SAME FAX AS THE OTHER MEDICATION! Then they told me my insurance was not accepted because it did not “LOOK” normal! Took them well over 3 hours to get it figured out. I would recommend finding another pharmacy if possible. Because I know I will NEVER be using them again.

Will be reporting the pharmacist. He had questioned every prescription we've had filled so far and just refused to fill a post operative pain medication.nWorst pharmacy experience ever.

Daughter processed prescription refill online and was told it would be ready at 4 pm. Arrived to pick it up at 6 pm and it wasn't ready. She was told it would take 20-30 min before prescription was ready as they hadn't filled it. Tech then asked her if she would rather pay $10 or $15 for her prescription, she found out later that it is covered 100% by insurance and she shouldn't have had to pay anything. Tech didn't run the insurance. Daughter has previously has the same scenario, ordered online, not ready when she arrives. Comes back to window 30 min later and still not filled.

The pharmacy was very unorganized. The short Filipino women who works the front counter seems like she has no idea what she is doing every time i go in there. Yesterday I had a situation where the hospital gave me a prescription and they had filled it there after hours without telling me so unknowing i went to safeway with the paper prescription and they said it was already filled. Today i had gone to the hospital to picl it up and they said it was cancelled becauae safeway had called without telling me or asking permission and said to cancel and they will fill it. Would of liked a heads up from the safeway pharmacy so i wouldn't have wasted my time going all the way to renton. Please have your employees have a little sympathy for their customers would of saved A LOT of my time if they took more time into their job instead of here's your prescription and bye.

Most of the pharmacists here are kind and helpful although there is one person whom gave me a hard time and wasn't answering all of my questions specifically regarding getting an extension on my anti-ndepressant medication. She treated me as if I was some teenager who had no right asking for an extension. That was upsetting and I hope to not have to deal with that person again :)
