This company has done a complete turn around since Danish took over. They take care of any issues immediatley and make sure it is done right the first time. They really care about their tenants and it shows in there professionalism! I would highly recommend them.

Just started working with Brea about a week ago, but she exceeded all my expectations. She is very easy to work with, and is very accommodating, and listened to my concerns. She is very pleasant in person, and to speak with on the phone. I look forward to working with her for the next year,

Real Property Management West Suburban Chicago has demonstrated to be a very serious and efficient company since I started renting out my property in July. They are very organized and keep their clients up to date on all the necessary information, by sending monthly statements and emails. I am glad I found them!

The process of signing the lease was pleasant and quick, but once we moved in we realized that the unit was not even close to being ready for us to live there. The air conditioning didn't work for almost 2 weeks (in June), the dishwasher wasn't hooked up to the water or bolted in properly to the cabinet unit, the washer and dryer were both broken, and the basement was FILTHY (nasty, grimy, and with debris such as old cigarettes, underwear in the sink, and a water bottle on the floor), among others. RPM has taken some action to correct these issues, but our real saving grace is our Maintenance Tech, who has been present at our building and helped us immensely. Currently, we have a carbon monoxide leak in our water heater and have been without hot water for over 24 hours, which Kay at RPM said that she would mark as an emergency on the maintenance request. Carbon monoxide leaks are a serious matter and we have yet to hear back from anyone about it. Several times when I have called to check on the status of one of these issues, I have been put on hold for 20+ minutes, and once they even hung up on me. I'm not sure if there is a communication between them and the owner, but things take a very long time to get fixed here, especially given that they are necessities.

Terrible, terrible management company. Starts with leadership or lack there of from the top. the owner says they will get it done and nothing ever got done. Numerous tenants complained time after time about poor communication and shady repair jobs which need to bandaged up multiple times. they can't even rent out units that are sitting vacent for several months. do not listen to RPN's false claims of being a good management company because they absolutely aren't!
