I was referred to Wheatland Realty by friends a few years ago when looking to rent a house. I wasn't sure if that was something a realtor helped with, but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask...so glad I did! The knowledge, experience and professionalism displayed by the staff far exceeded any expectations I had; so, when i was ready to buy a house they were my first call. I love that Wheatland Realty is a small local business with staff devoted to their clients. Now that it is time to sell my house I cannot wait to utilize their experience and technology to give me that edge in a competitive market.

We used Wheatland Realty when we wanted to find a home in Naperville. I have to tell you it was a wonderful experience! The staff is extremely helpful and so knowledgeable! When we needed to get in touch with them they were readily available and responsive. They made everything really painless and easy for us.nThey also have all the latest technology like 3D videos, drone flyovers, virtual floor plans, and a lot more.

We bought a new home in Naperville recently and used Wheatland Realty. What a great bunch of folks! Not only are the agents downright friendly and helpful but they really know their stuff! They helped me narrow down my search from the hundreds of houses that were listed on Redfin down to exactly what we needed.nnWe'd definitely use them again for our next home!
