Miro with Wheatland Realty is simply the best! He went above and beyond in assisting me with questions I had regarding rental properties, he even spent time with me outside normal business hours to help address with concerns i had. He not only offers his opinion but shares why he would do or would not do something.nnAnother good point is his excellent communication no phone call, email or text goes unanswered! All of these great qualities also transfer over to his recommendation for loan assistance.nnOverall I would highly recommend Miro, he truly cares for his clients and their well-being. I will look to him for all my future real estate needs!

Miro is very kind, detail oriented and professional. He truly goes above and beyond his work. He brought us sample documents prior to signing anything to give us a heads up and even helped us with our out of state move. Much gratitude for his help during this complicated process. OMGosh. Our experience with Miro Kostov couldn't have been better. Not only did he find us a house with everything we wanted but he found it in 1 day! He helped us with an excellent Mortgage Broker Casandra Rosales at Allied First Bank, Danielle Dunn at 360 Home Connect who helped set up and closed all of our utilities at no cost to us, Steve Henningsen at Cottages to Castles Home Inspections who did a thorough job inspecting and explaining his findings to us at our new home, gave us names of movers with references, helped calm our fears throughout this whole process, and made sure everything and everyone was on the same page and nothing was left unfinished. He has so much knowledge, is calm, and personable. He has made this whole experience a pleasure. We will definitely hire him again in the future as our listing broker so we can move to a warmer climate!
