My husband and I lived here for three years. If we ever had an issue, we knew we could bring that issue to the management and we would always be heard. This was the home to my pets and Preserve always made them feel welcome. The management always provided fun events and genuinely enjoyed seeing the residents using the common areas. I would recommend this complex to literally anyone I come across. 10/10

Erik was out to take care of several things this week, and he did a fantastic job. Really appreciated his problem solving and knack. Some of the stuff he fixed was pretty complicated. Great job, happy to have him at Preserve at Cantera!

As usual the quick response was appreciated. They found nothing wrong with my furnace but I was disappointed to learn that my furnace will not allow me to set the thermostat to 75 degrees during the day. If I do it stops generating heat and runs continually while the room temperature keeps dropping.

I absolutely love it here! Due to my job, I move around quite frequently... but the moment we arrived, we instantly felt at home! The hospitality from Annette and the rest of the staff are phenomenal. You are always greeted with a smile, and they genuinely want to ensure our needs are met as soon as readily available. Our place is immaculate, from updated appliances to renewed flooring. They have truly taken their time with the details placed into making our space feel like home!nThe common areas are great! From the outdoor activities (pool, gym, park, trails, etc.), to the physical fitness amenities.nNow that I’ve said amenities I sound like I’m trying to sell the place... but I’m not because it’s so quiet and peaceful here and I want it all to myself! LoL jk ... but it’s great! And I don’t want to leave anytime soon!

The amenities and the staff have been great! They have always been helpful whenever there has been any questions, or if I need assistance getting something replaced. I am very satisfied with this community.
