I do not even know where to begin with the horrific business practices of this pharmacy. Please, please save yourself the agony and trouble of dealing with this pharmacy. They are cruel to the plight of their patients, crude, and dishonest in their ethics and pricing. Vulgar treatment of patients that is inhumane treatment at best. We have given this pharmacy several chances over a 2.5 year period and each interaction becomes worse and worse. My first experience with them included the pharmacy giving me the WRONG medication which caused significant health complications requiring medical follow up. I was out of work for 2 weeks due to their reckless negligence. And they didn’t really seem to care when I was the one who discovered they had given me the wrong medication. It was shocking! Second, they shipped meds when I told them I would be out of town during -50°F weather and it sat on my porch exposed to the elements for an extended period of time. Upon my return and seeing the medication was compromised, they refused to replace the prescriptions even though they had promised me they would not ship the medication until after my return. I was dismayed when I returned to see the medication on my steps in the condition it was in, especially after having a detailed conversation with their staff on shipping. When I called to discuss I was hung up on by the same receptionist who promised me my medication would ship when I returned due to weather. I called back and was sworn at and called vulgar, derogatory names by the pharmacy owner for demanding replacement of my compounds which should have been a reasonable solution. Since they wouldn’t replace the unusable meds, I had to open a credit card dispute which they fought. In the meantime, I was left without medication that I had been prescribed by Pfeiffer. And no one cared. Again. This is a company who is supposed to care about your well being. Believe me, they don’t. I had to call Pfeiffer back and beg them to help me rectify the situation since the pharmacy owner cussed me out and hung up on me. The pharmacy owner then called me a few days later (mind you, I’m out of medicine at this point) and told me he would give me 20% off future compound orders (including me having to pay for the compounds they ruined for a second time) until the discount of the amount of the compounds they ruined became equal to what they cost me by not refunding. Knowing I literally needed these medications, they had me over a barrel so I had no other choice. That promise didn’t last long though, and I am now told they will no longer give me the promised discount even though the monetary amount of what they owe me is not satisfied. They are cheats, swindlers, and liars. They do NOT care about the well being of their patients in the least. My most recent saga with them is that they are dragging their feet in filling my most recent prescription that Pfeiffer prescribed for me and they know that since they took so long, I am now without medication in which I need to function on the most basic level. They simply don’t care. They never have, they never will. Please save yourself - and your sanity - from dealing with this company at all. They don’t even give you pricing or cost quotes before they charge your card, they never provide tracking information on shipments and overall rob you blind. They have received enough of my money and time. I have since found another pharmacy. I am shocked that Pfeiffer Medical Clinic recommends this pharmacy (it’s because they are owned by the same people) and condones this behavior on behalf of their patients.
