My last two appointments were with Austin. He was super sweet, professional, & knowledgeable. This time I was having issues with drain flies which I didn't think Pointe Pest did. He came in and right away found the source and took care of it. This time he came with another young man. He was Super sweet as well. I have to say Pointe Pest Controls has the best workers and staff. Everyone has been great.

Kevin was professional and thorough. He explained in detail what to expect to see in the next couple of days and what our contract will give us. We decided for once to be pro-active instead of wait until the bugs show up. So far we liked everything. We will feel better after we see the results. Kevin, however, was wonderful and we hope to have a long relationship with Pointe Pest Control.

I'm very happy with the service Pointe Pest Control has provided us. Our technician Jorge, is always on time. Jorge is very professional cordial and very thorough. He always asks me if we've been experiencing any issues then explains what service he is about to perform and if I have any questions. Then he goes to work. Once he has finished tells me what he did and if he saw anything of concern. I appreciate very much the attention to detail he provides. I recommend Pointe Pest Control to anyone!

Albert came out and did a fantastic job! This was our second treatment and I think this one was much much better than the first. He took his time and made sure to spray all of the baseboards and corners of the house. He was extremely professional. I was definitely more impressed with this service than the first. If we could request him every time we get a treatment we will!

I am BEYOND happy with the service I received. We found wasps in my children's bedroom and I looked on Google and called this company first. Not only was my initial call answered and promptly scheduled (on a Sunday afternoon no less) but all areas of their services were completely explained to me prior to the technician coming out the next morning. I definitely appreciate knowing what to expect. The costs were insanely reasonable and as mentioned I was able to have the tech come late morning of the following day.nMy technician, Eddie, was awesome. Very kind and professional and helped me to understand what was going on. He removed a wasp nest and took care of the inside and outside of my house while being respectful. The entire process was non-invasive and I felt like I was in good hands. I would 1000% recommend them to anyone with any sort of bug/bee issue!
