Both representatives Reece and Jake were exceptional! They were very informative and ensured that I understood the information they were relaying to me. The pricing of services being rendered I believe is of good value and covers more than one type of pest which is very rewarding. I'm sure my husband will appreciate this task being removed from his honey-do list for a while. Let me just say that Reece is hilarious and Jake is very professional and knows his work. Thank you so much for your services and being willing to help us protect our family, new home and investment.
Looked at site online, called EcoGuard and they were able to send a technician out the next day. Did an evaluation, discussed remediation approach with me, as well as associated costs and answered my questions. Performed the service, made sure I had all my concerns addressed, and pointed out some ants that were establishing a colony outside. The tech went over what remediation and price would be, but put absolutely zero pressure on me to add any additional services. Very happy with the whole experience.
Great service, we’ve used them in the past and decided to use again for ant problem. Reese was our technician-very polite and respectful.nHe was on time and answered all our questions. We were concerned about toxic fumes and residue but he explained the products they use thoroughly and how they are safe around pets and children.
This was my first appointment with Eco Guard. No complaints in the slightest. When doing the inside of home the gentlemen even wore boot covers, I appreciated that. Everyone at this company I talked with was more than satisfactory. Recommended Eco Guard to my mother
Love these guys! We have had ant problems twice. One time they sprayed and ants were gone for 9 months. Next time ants were in my son's room and they came that day! Very knowledgeable and the things they use are kid friendly. I highly recommend them.
