AAA Evergreen Park Car Care Plus

I went to the shop because of my AAA subscription and they provided a superb service. I got text updates about my vehicle's state and called when I wanted a fuller account. The staff was very nice and accommodating, Nathalie worked with me through my case and she was always open, honest and responsive to my needs.nnI needed to change the starter of my car and specifically asked not to get any further diagnostic (as I had strong suspicions that the problem was my starter which died). So they only charged me for the starter and the labor, but not any diagnostic fee. They changed the starter and the car worked, later it had a small issue for which it had trouble starting and although they had agreed to only change the starter as the car had initially moved and then it didn't (although the starter was turning on) they offered to re-install a different starter just to be sure that it was working. They were super responsive and open to assessing their work even going beyond what could have been expected. They changed the starter and the car worked and continued to be informative and open all throughout the process. My special thanks to Nathalie and the manager who were incredibly understanding and thoughtful about my situation. Also the mechanic was very nice and took the time to explain what he thought might be the issue and the step-by-step of what they were going to do.

The atmosphere is well kept and very professional!!! Natalie Carmona was very helpful!!! She kept me updated as technicians kept her updated as they took a look at my car! I would recommend this great team of people and this great facility to everyone! Very trustworthy! Also got in and out in a timely fashion!!!! Thank you team!!!

Very trustworthy. My truck was towed to AAA Car Care Center in Evergreen Park overnight unsure if it was a battery or starter issue. I was able to get it diagnosed and serviced before noon the next day. New battery was installed and glad it wasn't the starter. Always have gotten reasonable and reliable service.

We came in with an unusual auto repair issue, an undercarriage panel had come loose. Initially they didn't think they could fix it. But Donell and Brenda found a solution, and we left with everything working fine. AAA EP Car Care always has been my 1st stop for auto repair here in the area: the work always is excellent and the price is always competitive, the staff is great.
