Lisa has yet again been amazing to work with! We are a very last minute trip kind of family and she’s made it work every time. She’s always available and quick to respond to all my questions. Her knowledge of Disney and Universal is simply invaluable. I was referred to Kristy through a friend, and she has been amazing! She responded to every question and concern so quickly, and when I was on my honeymoon and we wanted to stay an extra day she got on the phone and set it up for us immediately. Our vacation was absolutely perfect. She also arranged airport transfers that went off without a flat, and we booked an excursion through that company as well. I will be booking all of my vacations through this company from now on!
Michele soto is amazing. She handled everything front to back. Even when a few situations arose that neither of us had any control over, she took the reigns and solved the problem for us. If I'm booking a family vacation in the future,it will be with Michele. The peace of mind knowing everything was taken care of was worth every penny we spent.
