If you have never gone to crystal Hot Springs you just don't know what your missing great customer service excellent building clearly good dressing rooms Hot showers Plenty of snacks and drinks to buy there. Now get your butt over there to experience what is really fantastic! You definitely don't Need me to tell you about the fantastic benefits of Hot Springs And Cold Springs Both Springs about 50' apart coming out of the ground. Now get your butt over there to experience what is really fantastic! You just don't know what's your missing....

This used to be one of my most favorite spots to come to. We usually come a few times a year and spend the night nearby and have taken countless amount of people visiting us here from out of town. I am disappointed in our experience we had yesterday. There is no safe practicing to ensure people keep distance from one another or to limit the amount of people who come in during Covid. I have never seen sooo many people here. Packed to the max and no where to go to be 6 feet away from others. Also, teenage kids apparently come here to inappropriately grope each other behind the waterfall and make out. I was appalled by the things I saw and it was starting to get R rated. The new facility is nicer but this hot spring is losing its charm that it used to have. They doubled their prices and it’s getting a little ridiculous how much they are now charging. 12$/ person! Just 2 years ago it was only 6$ With NO re-entry so better not leave anything in your car. If it wasn’t for the amazing mineral content of these natural hot springs, I would be giving no stars based on my experience yesterday. But thanks to Mother Nature and the amazing benefits of these waters, I will consider giving it another chance If they can get their act together because I’ve been coming here for 15 years.

The pools were perfect for a cool, fall evening. I liked that the pools were different temperatures so if one felt too hot or cold, I could move to another pool and find a more comfortable temperature. The reason I gave 4 stars was because the dressing rooms/rest rooms left much to be desired. I got in and out as fast as possible, but any time in there was too much time. They were too small for the number of people and cleanliness was not top priority. I will not let the restrooms keep me from returning or recommending Crystal Hot Springs.

We loved this experience. It was a last min stop on the drive north and I am so glad we stopped. It was so relaxing and really felt so great as the water is a perfect and relaxing temp even when it is really cold outside. The kids kept busy the entire time on the 2 wonderful water slides! The price was right and they have towels for rent for 1$ if you didn’t bring your own.

I love this place. The last time I went I was 14 years old. It has changed so much. The pools are amazing. The slides are great. We camped on tents and the ground was soft even and beautifully landscaped. Restrooms were clean and they even had showers. Campsite is spacious.
