My experience on 4/7/21 was great from beginning to end. I'm sorry I don't have the clerks name but she was outstanding and informative. I appreciate her guidance in my purchase of a transport wheel chair for my Mom. You went above and beyond in educating me on medicare policy and I am greatful. Our therapist Susan was very informative and detailed about the CPAC process. She took time to explain everything and made sure we understood certain particulars regarding this process before she would leave. I needed CPAP supplies and happily received them for years from Doubek with my insurance. I now have Medicare. The Medicare website stated Doubek does not accept assignment, meaning I may pay a lot of money out of my pocket.nnI called Doubek and talked to Maria and her supervisor Becky. They said they do accept assignment. Becky even send an e-mail to confirm this fact, which made me feel much better.nnI stopped in to show Maria the nasal cushion I wanted. She went and picked my order and gave it to me right there.nnI want to compliment Maria and Becky for being so helpful, polite, professional and knowledgeable. It makes it a pleasure to do business with Doubek. I did not want to go anywhere else for my supplies.
Went there today 12/16/20 with my elderly Mother. She needs Compression Stockings. We did not have a clue where to begin. We entered the store and it was VERY clean and orderly. They asked what we were in need of, we told them, and a gal named Agatha came to our rescue. I am simply amazed at how helpful, knowledgeable and sweet this gal was. Its hard to find service like this these days. Agatha took care of us from start to finish. Amazing person and employee. This business requires patience, kindness and knowledge. Agatha had the whole package!!! Thank you!
