Rockstars. Between Alex and Kelsey, we could not have had a better team for our first time buying a house. Talk about an amazing experience. They found us exactly what we were looking for, in our budget and the sellers needed to close in 28 days - NO PROBLEM. Smooth, constant communication, explained everything clearly. I would recommend them to anyone I know buying a house. Can't say enough great things about them. Thanks for all the help Alex and Kelsey, it was an absolute pleasure.

My wife and I would like to thank Alex Fenske (and team) on assisting us with selling our property in Steger, IL. From day one, Alex was on-board with what we wanted from a seller's point. There were many showings and offers. Alex did what was in our best interest. He didn't try to just sell the property to get a commission and move on. He was very patient with our questions/concerns. He (and team) assisted on scheduling repairs for the property. We had already moved to NC while the house was listed.
