Purchasing property is a big step. Working with Nikia she made it so easy. You let her know what your looking for and she goes to work right away. She is very patient, professional, knowledgeable, genuine and resourceful. Being the professional and people person that she is, she knows a lot of people, which helps in the process. We bought our dream house and sold our condo with the help of Nikia. The house we bought had many offers but because Nikia was fast and efficient, we got the offer in and won over the seller. Nikia went over what we needed to do inorder to make our condo ready to sell. We followed her advice. Our condo was listed on a Friday and by Sunday we had accepted an offer for the price listed. She is hardworking and an amazing realtor. We won't be in our dream house If it weren't for her.
