They lost an important letter that even showed up in their blessed Informed Delivery. Their manager, Anastasia Curtis, was very rude. She said that she would not look for this letter because there was no tracking number. Tracking number or no, they had a job. They were paid to deliver a letter. If they lose it, it is their responsibility to find it. A woman this ignorant should not be a manager of USPS. She deserves a job cleaning chitterlings.

Horrible place with horrible business ethics. They don't do their jobs and blame the customers for their laziness. If I could use any other post office, I would. This place is rude and a joke. Don't bother getting any information or help for their employees at this establishment.

Never have I received a package from them. They say they delivered it and never have I gotten. It is terrible and more literate people need to be hired to properly deliver packages.
