Woman at the desk today doesn't understand what Civil Service means. If someone has a question or doesn't understand a certain process, all one has to do is provide an explanation. Instead we get berated for not understanding the particulars. I can't imagine what it is like having to come here as an elderly or disabled individual. The hostility for not knowing the ins and outs of byzantine bureaucratic paperwork is unbecoming of a place that is supposed to project safety and service. A real shame. Hope the administration knows that this place is seen as unwelcoming.

they need to stop with the racial profiling and second class treatment they think that they are forest park, il., not a good place for people who are not sexy.

I hate having to go there all the time. They’re rude and will not wait one minute after their closing time and they will kick you out if you are inside one minute after their closing time.
