Wonderful,Wonderful,Wonderful, New Years Eve party was the best, had a party of 16 everyone had a great time The entertainment was very good hope they come back next year. The food was hot and tasted wonderful. Just can't say enough we were the first to arrive and last to leave a good time was had by all. Thank You for hosting a Senior party look forward to next year we may have a bigger group.

I hosted an event here at the Apollo Center of Alsip Park District. The staff was very rude and not accommodating to the needs of their guest. I called the following business day to make a complaint to the manager on duty or rather person in charge, she was very rude as well. She didn't give any sympathy to regarding the situation or behaviors of their staff. I will not be recommending this venue to any one and I also will not be hosting another event here. Also when I came the following business day after speaking to the person in charge to pick up my deposit, the ladies at the main office were very rude as well. I was told that I needed my ID, which I provided, another lady informed the person assisting me that I would need 2 forms of ID. I have never heard of providing 2 forms of ID for picking up a deposit when I only provided 1 form of id to reserve and place a deposit, as well as a payment. Please other guest, choose your venue wisely
