I have completed numerous school readings and assignments while using their study rooms and tables. This is one of my favorite places to go for focused reading and writing.
VERY rude staff! Argued with an old grumpy lady on the phone for 7 minutes. Poor communication. If your going to hire someone, next time make sure they like their job.
Went with special need child and was barred from entering. Had to deal with a crying child the rest of the day. If you don't want to let people inside, clearly state that on your website. Don't say you're open when you're not. All other local libraries are open.
Poor communication, rude and grumpy staff, and terrible method to rent a book during the covid pandemic.
The staff is super polite and helpful, but I wish they were a little more proactive in telling people to lower their voice. I'd be studying there sometimes and people are just having full blown conversation, and they're not even whispering. People bring their kids there as if it's a day care center, and that's fine when they're on the 2nd floor (where the kids and young adult books are), but the parents and library staff don't even bother trying to tell people to lower their voice.nnAside from that, they have a great selection of books, the library is always clean, and it's been renovated, so you don't feel like you're sitting in a harry potter library.
